No. WP Maintain does not send emails to end customers by default.
Reports are generated at the site level and can be:

Does WP Maintain integrate with WordPress hosts?
Yes. WP Maintain is designed to integrate cleanly with all WordPress hosting environments. Hosts can bulk install WP Maintain on WordPress sites and surface proof-of-care directly inside the panel or email tooling.
Can WP Maintain be used without selling Care to customers?
Yes. Many hosts deploy WP Maintain purely as a support enablement and cost-reduction layer, without selling Care initially. Upsells to higher-tier Care can be introduced later when appropriate.
Is WP Maintain secure?
Yes. WP Maintain is lightweight, WordPress-native, and designed with a modern surface area. It avoids unnecessary user data, does not manage customer identities by default, and follows an infra-first security model.
How long does it take to deploy?
Most hosts can integrate WP Maintain in hours, not weeks, depending on provisioning flow and panel integration.
Can we customize reporting and behavior?
Yes. WP Maintain provides sensible defaults out of the box. Advanced hosts can customize report templates, cadences, and integrations—but customization is optional, not required.
How can WP Maintain be offered through hosting plans?
Hosts can include WP Maintain directly in specific hosting plans (for example, higher-tier or managed WordPress plans). When a customer purchases that plan, WP Maintain is automatically preinstalled and activated on their site, and proactive maintenance begins immediately—no customer setup required.
Can customers enable WP Maintain from their hosting panel?
Yes. Hosts can also surface WP Maintain inside their hosting control panel or dashboard using a simple opt-in to the product. Customers can enable maintenance for an existing site with a single toggle, without migrating plans or contacting support. It is entirely up to the host on how to present this their end users.
Can existing customers be enrolled in WP Maintain?
Yes. Hosts can bulk-enable WP Maintain across existing WordPress sites—by plan, server, or customer segment. This is can be used to reduce support load and improve site stability across the entire platform.
Do customers need to install plugins or configure anything?
No. WP Maintain is installed and managed at the hosting level. Customers do not need to log into WordPress, install plugins, or manage settings. Similarly, approved agencies may install the connector plugin for their customers.
What happens once WP Maintain is enabled?
Once enabled, the site is automatically enrolled in WP Care. Monitoring, safe updates, and reporting run continuously in the background, and reports are visible in the hosting panel.
Can hosts offer upgrades to higher-tier Care?
Yes. Hosts can optionally offer higher-tier Care plans serviced by Seahawk PSP that include more human support and intervention. These upgrades can be bundled into hosting plans or offered inside the control panel when needed.
What is PHP Bridge?
PHP Bridge is a protection program, sometimes called extended PHP support, for customer sites running end-of-life PHP versions that cannot migrate yet. The PHP Version Monitor identifies eligible sites automatically, protection runs at the application layer through security scanning, malware monitoring, and virtual patching integrations, and hosts retail it as a per-site monthly add-on. The charge ends when the site upgrades to a supported version. The bridge is designed to be crossed, not lived on.
Do you patch PHP itself?
No, and that's deliberate. Manufacturing security patches for dead runtimes forever is the model we reject; it monetizes sites staying old. PHP Bridge shields the site at the application layer, through scanning, malware monitoring, and virtual patching, which is where the overwhelming majority of WordPress compromises actually originate, while the site moves toward a supported runtime. Protection is the bridge. The upgrade is the destination.
