No. WP Maintain does not send emails to end customers by default. Reports are generated at the site level and can be:

Through the WP Care plan the site is already on. Every enrolled legacy site gets malware scanning, safe plugin, theme and core updates, backups with rollback, uptime monitoring and PHP version monitoring, so the application layer stays current even while the runtime is not. WP Care+ adds virtual patching and malware removal, which shields known exploit paths in plugins and themes, where the overwhelming majority of WordPress compromises actually enter. The monthly Proof-of-Care report carries a legacy PHP section for the site showing its exposure, what blocks the upgrade and where it sits in the queue. Nothing extra is purchased, nothing is cancelled later, and the day the site moves to a supported PHP version the legacy section disappears and the plan continues as it was.
