Since our last update, we’ve shipped a batch of features focused on cutting noise, closing visibility gaps, and giving agencies more control over how their workspaces run. Here’s what’s new since main1.
New
Non-WordPress site detection
Sites that get migrated away from WordPress no longer just show as “down” or produce false uptime alerts — they’re now identified via an independent, multi-signal check and surfaced in their own “Not WordPress” bucket on the dashboard and site list, so cleanup is one click away instead of a mystery.
Connect email via Gmail or Microsoft (OAuth)
No more juggling SMTP app passwords. You can now connect a Gmail or Microsoft mailbox directly via OAuth for outbound notifications.
One downtime alert, not five
Uptime alerts now consolidate into a single notification with a 15-minute confirmation delay and workspace-level delivery bounds — so a blip doesn’t turn into an inbox flood.
Unified notification channels per admin tier
Each admin tier (host, agency, workspace) now gets its own dedicated alert channel, so notifications route to the right team without cross-tier noise.
Download backups straight from history
Grab any stored backup directly from the backup history menu — no more digging through storage to find the file you need.
Connector self-update, fleet-wide
Connector updates now roll out automatically across the fleet instead of requiring per-site manual updates.
Bigger staging uploads
Staging PHP upload limit raised to 512M, applied per clone — so larger media libraries and imports stop hitting the ceiling.
Expanded reporting
Reports got a significant upgrade this quarter:
- Recommended Tasks section, with opt-in toggles for which recommendations show
- PageSpeed & SEO digest reports, delivered on their own cadence
- Weekly Lighthouse trend tracking for Speed/SEO scores over time
- In-app changelog, windowed to the report period, so clients see what changed without leaving the dashboard
- A comprehensive site health score rolled into the report
Impersonation for support & tier admins
Tier admins, co-owners, and support can now log in as a user directly for faster troubleshooting — no more asking clients to reproduce issues over screenshare.
Backup Preview environments
Restore any backup into a disposable staging environment for testing — full feature parity with regular staging (checks, visual regression, push/sync/destroy).
